I just finished a 2 hour ID-R session and I am surprised and impressed with what it accomplished. The actual looking at an identity of myself was painful but the pain was not alone in to itself where that was all I felt. When I sensed a painful experience or place inside of a particular occasion the ID-R procedure validated it right at that moment . In the validating of each of my feelings I felt it release its hold until we had completely worked through that one occasion and all I has was a positive identity left.
I just had someone walk me through the most painful experience in my life (and being) and we came out the other side with it resolved. This particular situation/pain I would not let anyone get near because my survival depended on the lid staying down. It was such a safe session the way the ID-R worked that I never felt threatened by the procedure. I could stop at any time but the validating and focusing in right then on those points was so positive that I could feel progress and healing going on while it was taking place. I am impressed that at almost 40 years old someone had such a warm, simple procedure that did in 2 hours what I couldn’t do in years. It just feels wonderful.

I found Dennis in the phone book. That may sound like I was shopping for car parts or doing cost comparison shopping, but the truth is I was listening for honesty. I spoke to many people who promised instant healing, or who wanted to sell me beads and crystals, I had to pass. What I found with Dennis was someone who would honestly listen. And he listened for what must have been hours. In sessions, Dennis, immediately understood how important words and imagery were to me and adapted his method to my needs. We worked through many, many conditions together. Today, when any issues arise, I use Dennis’ method to process and release them. It’s a valuable life tool, get it in your kit as soon as possible.

Hi Dennis,
I am still in awe at the way I have changed. The words I come up with is “the drudge is gone”. I am no longer the rug for people to walk on to hope they will love me. [My boyfriend] seems to have changed also. He also suffered from lack of self esteem. As my daughter said when one is healed the others around them are also healed. The anger seems to have abated. I think that when I went into shock over my 1st husband’s infidelity, I felt the non-person persona again which I had decided after my beautiful sister was born. It was almost like a Cinderella story except my own mother was the “wicked mom”. I also feel that she must have been treated like that by her family. So I can now forgive her. I also see that I was like the wounded chicken in the barnyard who was picked on by the rest of the flock. I must be a very strong soul to have survived. I am still having some revelations regarding my life. The peace, love and joy I have sought for so long are here NOW!! …
I just want to say thanks a million times for your kind and expert assistance. Your technique should be spread all over the world to help all of us hapless souls who have suffered with mental illness. I will be sharing this with all I meet. I have tried to write a book with no success, however, maybe I can do it now that I feel so much better, if I can sit still long enough. I feel like dancing and singing everywhere I go. Celebration is in order. Praise God and you and I that we are FREE!!! Although words can’t describe all the joy I now feel. I am asking guidance as to how to live and enjoy my new life.

I have used Dennis for hypnotherapy purposes throughout the years for tobacco cessation, including chewing and cigarettes. I tried every way of quitting that everybody would usually try, but sitting down with Dennis and talking about it was very interesting and the hypnotherapy part was incredible! Sometimes it took more than one session because of my addiction to tobacco, but with the hypnotherapy it has been six years since I’ve chewed tobacco and probably 10 years for smoking. Also alcohol was another incredible journey to quit there. We dug deep in my past and discovered some of the reasons why I drink, like stress from work, growing up around alcohol, and various different triggers. Again, the counseling and hypnotherapy are amazing. I highly recommend it.
